• Oliver Matrix delivers nationwide across Pakistan and internationally as specified in our shipping guidelines.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Free shipping or discounted shipping offers apply only when clearly mentioned.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

7. Warranty & Product Care

• Oliver Matrix products are crafted from premium, tarnish-free, and waterproof materials; however, damage caused by severe misuse, harsh chemicals, or improper care outside of normal wear is not covered.
• Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• For COD orders, customers are required to provide accurate contact and delivery details.
• Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in future order restrictions.
